This article highlight the issue of wage encountered by the people working in fast-food. In fact, the amount of money that can be received in an hour by waiters, waitress, bartenders or busboys pegged only 29,38 % of the minimum wage. Some protests to raise their salaries has been done but it didn’t change the situation. The tipped minimum wage law has fail due to random or meager tips. When Bill Moyers spoke with Saru Jayaraman, co-founder of the Restaurant Opportunities Centers United, he expresses his discontent about the topic. This source wants to touch the reader about the issues encountered by the people working in fast food restaurants. I think the source is useful, but, the data given are a little be biased in favor of the waiters to make the readers understand how serious the topic should be considered. Compared to my others sources, this one provides written information and a documentary to make people fully understand the message the author wants to convey. This source is not as helpful as I thought it would because the written part only gives us pieces of information about the matter.
